1 box of Gluten Free Quinoa & Corn Penne Pasta
Gilbert’s Craft Sausages Caprese Chicken Sausage with Basil, Mozzarella & Sun Dried Tomatoes – 3 Links
1 ¼ cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Cups of Spinach
¼ stick of butter
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
½ cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tablespoons of Cajun Seasoning
1 teaspoon of Paprika
Black Pepper
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon of Safflower Oil
1 cup of Parmesan Cheese
½ cup of Italian Cheese
Cook Pasta as directed on Box
Using a Dutch Oven Pan
Pour in olive oil & add stick of butter
Slice chicken sausage
Add to Pan
Cook Chicken Sausage Fully Through
Remove Chicken Sausage from Pan
Add Spinach, Garlic, Almond Milk & Heavy Whipping Cream
Bring to a Boil
Add Penne Noodles
Add Chicken Sausage
Add Seasonings
Add Cheeses
Simmer for 5 minutes while stirring
