Spicy Chicken with Riced Cauliflower

Ingredients:

¼ cup of Sesame Oil

½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Thin Sliced Chicken Breast

1 Steamed Broccoli Bag

Seasoning for Chicken:

Paprika

½ cup of minced garlic

Black Pepper

Cajun Seasoning

Red Pepper Flakes

Riced Cauliflower:

1 bag of riced cauliflower

Season riced cauliflower with:

Paprika

Pink Himalayan Salt

Garlic Powder

Black Pepper

Cook Broccoli as recommended on bag

Turn Stove on medium to high heat

Add Olive Oil

Let Olive Oil Heat Up

Add Chicken (season chicken before adding to Wok or Pan)

Add Sesame Oil halfway through chicken cooking

(Pay attention to the heat, to make sure oil isn’t too hot)

Add Broccoli

Cook for an additional 2 minutes to merry the broccoli into the Chicken

Once Chicken is done, sprinkle additional Red Pepper Flakes for garnish

Preheat Oven on 400 degrees

Spread Frozen Cauliflower on Parchment Paper w/ Cooking Spray (I use the butter flavored)

Season cauliflower with above seasonings mentioned

Drizzle Olive Oil on top

Place in oven for 10 minutes flipping at 7 minutes
