Spinach & Cheese Scramble w/ Turkey Bacon

Ingredients:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 cup of Spinach

3-4 Eggs

1 cup of Shredded Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Swiss,) I like to mix it up

Black Pepper

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

3-4 pieces of Turkey Bacon

Preheat stove with ½ of cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or your oil of choice)

Add Pieces of Bacon to Oil

Cook Bacon to your desire texture (I like mine a little crispy)

Take Bacon Out

Scramble Eggs in a Small Bowl

Season Eggs w/ Black Pepper & Pink Himalayan Salt (if desired, I sometimes don’t use Salt due to some of the Salt from the Turkey Bacon drippings)

Add More Olive Oil if needed

Add Spinach & Egg Mixture to Pan

Cook Eggs to your liking (I like my eggs well done)

Flip Egg & Spinach Mixture as needed

Add Cheese

Cover with Pan Lid to Melt Cheese Quicker (Only for 1 minute)

Plate & Serve
